TAPPluck (S) Pte Ltd built the TAPPd'Card app as part of TAPPsytstem. The app acts as a digital membership card and is designed for off-the-grid secured data transmission via Bluetooth-Low-Energy (BLE) to the kiosk machine at our Customer's site. This app does not target public users and can only be used by our Customers and their users in conjuction with TAPPsystem.
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application refers to TAPPd'Card, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TAPPluck (S) Pte Ltd, 3 Kallang Sector #05-01 / 02 Singapore 349278.
Country refers to: Singapore
Customer (referred to as either "the Customer", "Client", in this Agreement) refers to TAPPluck's customer purchasing the use of TAPPsystem.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Customer. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Customer to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Client, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Client in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Customer, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify You.
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's bluetooth, camera, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
We do not use this information to provide features of Our Service or customize Our Service. The information will not be stored or uploaded to any other sources. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
The primary personal data we collect from you during profile setup are "Membership ID" and "Member PIN" associated with the Customer's database. The Customer may use these personal data for the following purposes:
To facilitate login to TAPPsystem via scanning the QR Code generated by TAPPsystem
To validate the person has the necessary permission to access information in TAPPsystem
For other purposes: The Customer may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, and identifying usage trends.
We and the Customer do not share your personal information with any other sources.
The Customer will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The Customer will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with their legal obligations (for example, if they are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce their legal agreements and policies.
The Customer will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of their Services, or they are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Your information, including Personal Data, will not be transferred to any other sources.
You may delete your personal data in the Application by simply deleting the app or go to the settings page to clear the storage of the app.
Under certain circumstances, the Customer may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
The Customer may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
The security of Your Personal Data is important to us and the Customer. Your data will not be transmitted over the Internet. The service is designed for off-the-grid secured data transmission via Bluetooth-Low-Energy (BLE) to the kiosk machine at our Customer's site.
As Our Service does not allow new user registrations, we do not collect any personal information via our Application. At the same time, users under the age of 21 will be rejected by TAPPsystem.
Our system does not contain links to other websites or any other sources via internet.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via a poster at the Customer's location, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
